    Nina's sessions are great. I started meditating about 2 years ago after suffering panic attacks and meditation was helping me, but I felt like I needed some guidance to get more from it.

    The customized sessions she offers online are convenient for my schedule as I'm very busy with my businesses while also being very effective for my health and wellness.

    What I noticed immediately is the calming influence and the positivity that she exudes, and I already knew that about Nina, which is why as soon as I thought about getting professional guidance, she was the first person I called.

    A true novice to meditation, making my first effort to expose myself to the concepts and techniques, I could not have chosen a better guide than Nina. Her primary motivation is to help and support others by sharing her knowledge of beliefs on the efficacy of meditation. Nina led me through a one to one three session per week Zoom program called Doorways to Meditation.

    Nina always provided opportunities to ask questions and share experiences that I had during and in between the zoom sessions.

    She has the ability and desire to relate to my experiences to the specifics of meditative practices. Using this type of format and technique allows a participant the moment and space to receive information and insights that are customized to their experiences, recognizing them as the unique individual that they are.

    In addition to focusing on the basics of meditation and breathing, Nina explains the value of meditation, and how each of us will need varying amounts of time to gradually learn, returning to the present and meditate.

    I know that this will not be instant or easy for me, but now I appreciate how valuable it will be, especially during this difficult time it will be worth the effort, and I intend to continue to work with Nina to build my meditative capabilities by participating in a selection of her programs.
