Week four, our time together is in a private individual 1:1 session refining perception for what’s possible in personal and health journey.

Typically the start of meditation gives instructions to take a seat and close your eyes.
It doesn't take long for mind and inner dialogue to surface and the volume turn up.

For some, arriving in stillness, what has been avoided disregarded can come into focus.
This can be uncomfortable.

On the other side of challenge is a doorway — to growth, wisdom of
emotions, self-compassion, freedom, a restored baseline of ease to live more fully from.
