While challenge may be a part of life, so is support, thriving and connection. To swap autopilot for agency is the very essence of living in this world. And while it's not possible to remain in a state of balance, it is possible those ups and downs to find harmony within the challenge and ease on our path. The Path is a place for comfort and ease to not just bring yourself but to be yourself in. An environment for comfort, ease and connection.
This small group space is designed to start the week with with clarity in mind, body, heart swapping outdated patterns with renewed highest intentions for what you want to feel more of and what you want to feel less of.

Week Two BODY
Week Three HEART
Plus one private session one-to-one, to refine your personal daily practice(s), receive support for current challenges, ask questions and receive methods for returning to balance and center. One-hour private Zoom session.

We begin with a check in, how are you today -mind - body - heart, then set the body up for a guided meditation and gentle breath work and seated gentle movement (think seated stretches). Finishing with an open discussion for how you're feeling, how to start or deepen your personal wellness practice. The challenges you experience, how to find purpose, and meaningful methods that replace autopilot.
