LISTEN
The body has a lot of wisdom to impart.
If we listen.
The body has a vast capacity for healing. Its systems unseen, completing functions without us asking. The liver alone performs 250 functions in a day. The body’s subtle messages are as continuous as breath. It’s reserves of restoration are naturally in place for cultivating, spending, budgeting, it’s up to us how we choose to use this lifeforce each day. Its voice may be a soft whisper, never the less, it speaks to us, sharing its wisdom. When we make ourselves too busy, mind too noisy to hear, or choose to push past balance is when we experience fatigue, pain, all communications of the body for us to create change - to do more of this, do less of that. The body asks kindly, softly and when not heard its voice louder, asking for what it needs until it has our attention.

Practice
As simple as having the ear search for the soft hum of a fan, air conditioner or refrigerator.
A pause inside quiet, creating space to search, to hear.
This present moment, in this immediate breath is where life is being lived.
Spend, cultivate, reserve - push past balance and wisdom will speak.
